As Ojai has attracted more part-time residents, our city is now struggling with myriad issues: affordable housing, traffic control, parking, and the needs of the unhoused in our community as well as declining enrollment in our public schools, affordable public services including police, water, emergency services, and parks and recreation. I believe the only way to address and resolve these issues is to face them head on with truthful assessments from all sides of any situation. The transparent involvement of all members of our community, both public and private, will help us to identify a commonsense approach to reasonable, cost-effective, and collaborative resolution. I am committed to doing what’s right for our community and the people I will represent.

As a truthful, fiscally responsible, results orientated individual, and 25 year plus resident of the Ojai Valley, I am committed to serving the needs of our community and the people I will represent. By working together, we can resolve the issues that confront our city, reach equitable solutions that balance growth and preservation, and continue to uphold the beauty and sense of community that makes Ojai home.
